My Attempt at Being Political

Well, I did it! At a quarter to seven this morning, I rolled out of bed and headed to the polls to cast my vote. While it wasn't the first time I had ever cast a ballot, it was the first time I voted for our president, and it was a little intimidating. I normally don't make it a point to stay current on political issues, so I had to play catch-up these last few weeks in order to decide which candidate to support. Neither one was a perfect fit for me, but I think I chose the person who would best look out for the entire country's interests. From now on, I think I'll make it a point to get more involved.

Not a very interesting post today, but I'm proud of my bad-@$$ voting self, so there you go.

Plus, I'll bet you got a fun sticker that proclaims you to be a voter.

Went to vote. I'm on pins and needles. You don't even need to ask who I voted for. I'm a political animal. Roooaaaaar!

Sadly, it the bad guys won anyway.
