Does polishing off a bag of Rold Gold pretzel rods in two days count as an inappropriate serving size? A...um...friend wants to know.
Stay tuned tomorrow for a post consisting of more than two sentences and a topic other than my fat @$$. And it's a good one. I promise.
Oh, no. The bag is counts as one serving no matter how big it happens to be. Those are the rules of serving size according to science as I see.

Of course it doesn't. Not that I would know anything about that.

If half a cookie-sheet of nachos in one meal doesn't count as inappropriate, than a bag of pretzel rods over two days certainly doesn't count as inappropriate. Not that I would know. About the nachos, that is.

->-> Fellow NaBloPMo writer. I saw, I clicked, I read.
Now I weigh-in on the consumable question. "My" friend tells me if I have to ask, it WAS too much. *sigh* I hate my friend. But it's worked, I don't ask anymore! :)

Aww if you're going to blow it on something, it has to be better than pretzels. Maybe Fannie Mae? Or DQ? Just trying to help a friend.

I would tell your "friend" it depends. Is your "friend" following Atkins? If so, "she's" doomed. If your "friend" is following a low/no fat diet, then, meh, don't sweat it.
