I love that quote about time. It applies to EVERYTHING - writing, exercising, whatever. Something is better than nothing, even if it's not very much.

Me thinks the library guy is a lot of hot air. At 79 the sperm count is only one problem. Knowing Jimmy Hoffa is not very likely.

Time management comes along with the goal setting that requires time management.
